Began training for 5k run in Sept for charity. I walked 7.5km in one hour. plan to do this every Sunday. I need to figure out what else I can do the rest of the week with a busy schedule such as school and work and kids.
I'm trying to manage the food intake too. I don't normally eat a lot but I still have weight.
