Started my diet Monday. So far doing well with eating and exercising 3x/week. But I had knee surgery recently and I'm looking for low impact exercises to do on my own. Lunges are too painful and pivoting and jumping still really hurt my knee. If anyone has any specific suggestions for how I can strengthen my knees/legs so I can gradually progress to more difficult exercises, please let me know!! :)
Also, if anyone has any suggestion for tasty, heart healthy meals, please send them my way. Thanks!
