lost a couple lbs while trying to understand how to remove the layer of fat that hides my abs.
i am using a combo of fat secret, fitbit for calorie restriction and exercises to promote muscle growth.
ultimately i would like to be approx 200 lbs of lean muscle. my hope is to learn more about basic physical fitness.

I have been trying to squeeze out the last little fat covering my abs so I can see their definition better. We had a gathering today to celebrate the life of a friend who passed. I causally ate a little of everything THEN added the calories...oops!
I spent the rest of the night exercising to put me back into negative calorie zone!!!
lesson probably not learned...

My name is Gary. I am on a journey to become a better version of me. And to help others do the same. Although I am in ok physical shape I dread working out before I go to the gym but absolutely love how I feel when I leave! I thought I was the only one but it seems most people I know are the same as me. I don't feel so alone!!!
