Blah!!! I over did it today!!! It was my birthday dinner and even with my exercise I went over my calories!! Gotta get back to it tomorrow!! Darn that yummy mexican food!!!

Well off to a good start, I think. I need to work on the food cravings a bit though.It is hard when I'm home all day with my daughter because I am a "bored" eater. I did get out on the bike this evening though and got some great pictures of my ride. It is nice because I actually loose track of how far I have gone due to looking for a great picture to take. I wish I could post my "pic a day" on here but I do have a friend that I am sharing them with and she is doing the same.

I am finding that having to enter everything I eat is making me walk away from the "bad" food I normally would overeat on!!!
