I had a couple of treats here and there this week, and I missed one morning's workout, but altogether I though this was a successful week for how busy (and how tempting) it was.

Woot.....went to Disney world last night without blowing my diet. Still finished the day net -500 calories.

I started a week ago at the heaviest I've ever been; 218lbs. I'm generally just watching calories although I'm trying to limit the carbs a little as well.
