So I could have made a better choice last night for dinner (chicken strips and fries...wompwomp) but ate very well during the day so I still came out losing almost a pound. One more to go until I'm back to my weight last Friday....ugh, I love people coming to visit but it's nearly impossible to stay on track, I need to do better! 2 steps forward and 1 step back is not going to work and I AM STOPPING THAT RIGHT NOW! So another low-cal day today, and maybe tomorrow all that water and junk will be gone from the weekend! Might not be so hard though, I'm not feeling so hot today, I haven't been sleeping well at all and it's definitely hit me today...like a ton of bricks. My stomach is in knots, I have no appetite, I'm still trying to drink my 6am coffee and it's 9am now...I filled out my food journal but I doubt it's going to stay that full. Slow day at work today, so hopefully I can come up with something to make it go faster!
