Today I went to WI and I lost 3.8 pounds. I was super excited as I did not follow the program exactly but I made better choices with what I was faced with, that is what helped.
I was excited to see all the new plan items and interested in learning and reading more in my materials. So far, a lot of people are liking it. We'll see how it works for me.
I hope this upcoming week will be good and I am on the right track.
