walked to work

coffee and milk. no actual breakfast today.
lunch black bean soup with spinach.
snack smoothie (almond soy) and nuts/seeds
total calories so far, around 900
Challenges:
I have not met any of my challenges except that I did bring spinach to work for the soup (my fruits/veggies challenge) and I am keeping a food journal again. So that's a start.

afternoon snack, sweet potatos and some matzoh stuffing, way high carb but trying to just eat what I have handy.
today's calories, about 1400 and it's only 230 pm
not a speck of exercise today
I am at least writing it down, and that is a step forward
now at 330 pm, animal crackers, soda and gum, taking me to 1500 for the day, very high carb day and few fruits or veggies
berries, a tangerine, that's 2.
