Running more and watching my food intake, especially carbs. Haven't been posting much. Pleasantly surprised that I'm down to 163. I hope to break 160 by April 1.

8:15 am in office. Feeling ok...plan to be productive and conscious of my time, especially not getting caught up in the workplace drama. Two meetings and plenty of things that I'd like to accomplish. Better make a list to stay on track.

Feeling a little tired this morning. Probably because I consumed less carbs than usual yesterday. You need the carbs for energy to run.
This morning breakfast was vegetables and protein. No bread. Good for me. I may have rice tonight with my dinner. Shrimp and rice probably with vegetables.
Hydrating constantly!

13,347 steps logged, 34 min on treadmill, stretching and shower. Not hungry so had protein shake and water. Its 10:30 - time for bed. Trying to keep up the >10K steps! Mondays and Wednesdays are long days for me. Up early and late.
