Hmmm... Am I supposed to log and in a write every day? Too busy to do that. One week. Doing great with challenges, bit I think 3L of water is too much. 2 maybe 2.5 is okay. I can't east all my meals with 3L. Detrimenatl to my workout. I can't workout unless I've has at least 1K calories. Get woozy if I have any less.
Won't be weighing myself for another two weeks. Doing lots of strength training. From past experience, weight doesn't change. Just the inches.
