it has been a good few days since I have been on it.. guess I feel less like recording what I am eating when I have been eating poorly but I guess I also eat without measuring when I eat bad.. when I am stuffing my face I hardly take note of how many grams of fat am putting in my mouth.. which answers the question as to why it is important to do it properly..
I have been feeling pretty poorly and ill last few days and have used that as an excuse to eat really badly.. guess first thing to do would be to go back on the multivitamins.. and see if that helps me from falling ill so often and stick to diet and exercise and maybe I won't get exhausted and burn out!

this is a little depressing.. I am trying to eat well (not my best attempt) and exercise but the scales won't budge..
I think I need to give myself a stricter start to kick my body into gear so all the work is not wasted!

Yesterday was a bust of an attempt to be on any diet.. it's that time of the month and I am feeling cranky.. we went to the cinema and ended up pigging out on a lot of crap.. need to make time to cook!!

This is harder than I thought.. I don't mind sticking to the guidelines of the diet but that makes it almost impossible to eat out and needs a lot of time to prepare food and take it to work.. etc..
Well I've been struggling to get some exercise for a while.. well make time for it at least..
Will attempt again..
Keeping off junk food fairly well so that something!!
