my scale was all over the place this morning. ugh. between 232 and 237. but I got this reading twice, and it seems most legit.

I am not following Slim Fast strictly. Some of my snacks are closer to 150 calories, and I occasionally some yogurt in the morning. I generally have a shake for breakfast and for dinner, and have my meal during lunch time. I am definitely considering switching, as the high sugar content has me a bit worried.
I'm interested in finding low calorie breakfasts that will keep me full, and trying to find ways to make dinner and lunch with my busy schedule. I will continue researching these types of things, and will either switch to only one shake a day, or move completely off of it, after I have had time to research and make sure any new decisions I make work well with my schedule. My partner and I are also considering going to a nutritionist to discuss how best to approach moving off of a Slim Fast diet.
