On May 1st(ish) check in, gained 5 pounds (146) so I actually was at 141 on April check in (not 145).
Today, May 11th, on my scale, weighed
between 141.8 and 142.2. So, started out in Feb at around 149. Lost 5.8 by march (around 143). Lost another 2.8 by April (around 140 or 141). Gained 5 pds by may b/c of steroids (around 146). So started low carb right after gain. Not sure if scale at home jives with doc office?

Go on low carbs (20) x 2 weeks then around 50 carbs for 2 weeks.
