●Thurs 5/5 Took 20U HCG, but 4got 2 pack HCG 4 Houston trip! UGH! Took scale though. Went 2 Black-eyed Pea & had some Southwest Casserole (yuck yuck...didn't eat much of it).
●Fri 5/6 wt 243.5# 🚫HCG. Not much H20. Salad w/ chicken + Walden Farms Dressing.
●Sat 5/7 morn 243.2# (20 units HCG in eve @7:20PM) Had 1/6th of SeaBass dish + 5oz Kendall Jackson Chardonnay @ Pappadeaux at Houston Hobby Airport at~ 3:45P. Flew back to DFW @5p. Home at 7ish pm. Winner's grad dinner at Mac grill. Only drank H20.
●Sun 5/8 242.3# Took 20U HCG this AM. Plan to ramp up exercise and H2O. If still in 242's --> apple day tomorrow.

Today is Angie's birthday! Taking 20U HCG. Had grilled tilapia and cabbage for dinner last pm. Earlier had low-cal lean chili with beef. Also ate an apple. Had 2 glasses of tea. Used stevia. Drink 5-6 bottles of water. Moved around a little but no formal exercise. Goal is to have fun with Angie take her 2 dinner and get some exercise.

Didn't eat as much or drink as much as I should. Today will be better. Also adding tea with stevia today!

Took 20units approx 10:30AM yest. 9:15am today. Goal is HCG Before 7:30AM. Got 2 be too late to eat 2nd protein yest. Need to organize better. Drank ~90oz H2O yest. Ate 1/2 grapefruit, Chili with 4 oz 96% lean grilled beef yest. Best sleep in years last night! Woohoo! If I eat red meat, trying to eat it earlier in the day.
