Today is my birthday and I am still fat. I ate 5 chips last night and thought I would die. This is good. My body totally rejected the junk. Not that I was a big chip eater to begin with.... just good to know I am still not one. It rained yesterday so we did not walk to school/work. If the weather stays dry today, I'll run during lunch. My lungs feel amazing. They're expelling all the gross stuff that has been harboring for the past 100 years. I love it. What is the health benefits of pomegranate juice? Tons of sugar per serving. Just curious if it is making up for the sugar by supplying glow in the dark infrared vision?

In my defense, I weighed myself AFTER taking a shower. Good news, my pants fit differently in the legs. Pretty much the same in the waist, but my pants are longer than usual (meaning my fat is using less fabric to clothe itself) and loose in the thigh region. Walking rocks! 2 long, boring meetings today and a catered lunch. Of course they ordered barbeque, so I won't have any issues over eating. Ugh, I do not like barbeque! I brought my lunch, although I will have to act like I'm eating a mound of meat. My gag reflex is already quivering. I had to drive today since my regular lunch hour has been cut short. I'll try to get back to the fitness room for at least 20 minutes. Surely I can sneak away....

Go me! Although no exercise yesterday, except a little soccer practice with D for 45 minutes, I was good and did not have any popcorn. I'm eliminating it from my diet. Maybe I can stop retaining so much water now? Walking to work today, about 6 miles with the new way I discovered. My legs are going to fall off. Happy Wednesday!!

Another day at 248.8 lbs. Ugh. At least I'm consistent. Have to stay focused on the end result. Plus, isn't is possible to lose inches without losing pounds? Or is that one of those things lazy people tell themselves? I'll give my body until Saturday to drop at least another pound. OR at the ultimate very leastest (yes, I said leastest) my jeans will fit differently. Preferably in a loose, less constricting way. No more killer cobra pants!!

I never see results until 3 months or so, and then it just drops off. I'm trying not to get discouraged. I've been walking to work a few times a week, total 7 miles round trip since I also have to walk J and D to school. Hopefully that jumpstarts my metabolism into doing something.
