Ok the start up fatsecret. Been working out for the past month with a diet of paleo. Switch to just a clean diet. Breafast was eggs, turkey bacon, strewberries. Sun flower seeds and banana for snack. Lunch 3 oz turkey, whole wheat bread, lettuce, and red onion. Almonds. More sun flower seeds. Mojo pork, black beans and white rice from publix for dinner. Skinny cow for deseret
