Dropped 32 pounds since the last week of April. Started eating less but eating bad still. Then this last month and a half I cut out carbs and sugar and that has made a difference along with small portions and not eating after 7pm! Then the last 2 weeks I’ve been hitting the cardio hard and then this last week I added weights in and I feel 21 again! Goal is 195 so I have a little more to go!
