My problem is those dang Friday nights, haha. We work hard to show some good progress during the week, and then we get together with our "pod" on Friday nights, and BOOM.... add something back on.
Don't get me wrong, we have a ton of fun and laughs, and I don't drink nearly as much as I used to, so the slow weight loss is really working. Plus the release is certainly worth it.
Looking forward to breaking 230 in the next day or so, and then there it is again....FRIDAY :)
My mini goal this next few days is to head into next Monday sub 230....even 229.9 will work. Then start assaulting the 220's!
