I am doing well by watching how many calories but what is helping is that i still eat what i want. exercise is good but not as dedicated as i should be.

Woke up late today so was not able to get in a good breakfast. Went to BK with wife before we picked up kiddo. Going to do P90X today so looking forward to that. My wife just signed up so I am excited about that.

So far today not bad. Pretty much the same diet I had yesterday. I am keeping my proteins high and calories under 2000 and that is without deducting exercise which is to come later on today. I will probably do some wall sits and Ab Ripper X from the P90X series and follow that with 5-10 miles on the stationary bike. I think if I can keep mixing it up and workouts under 40 min. I will be able to do this everyday in terms of exercise without putting to much stress on my body. Lets see how it goes.

Day one - Just came across this site and think its fantastic. I have been doing P90X with my wife for about 6 weeks now. First few weeks we did it every day but not its every other day and in between we are doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Had my traditional breakfast of Snickers Marathon Bar and Slim fast. For lunch had some noodles and going to have a snack here shortly. I am really not taking away anything from my diet in terms of what I eat I am just watching the portions more so. Later on today I will get in my circuit training which consists of a light stretch and cardio followed by push-ups,sit-ups,wall sits and moderate cardio.
