Didn't drink as much water as I had been previously. Need to drink more water and get back on the morning smoothies instead of just eggs and toast with jelly every morning.

I haven't "really" been following a diet, just cutting down on the quantities that I eat. I need to be more conscious of my sugar intake.

Today is Nov. 23, 2015. I haven't checked in on this site in YEARS! After breast cancer in 2008, two failed reconstruction surgeries, and finally just having a third which (so far) has been incredibly successful, I am determined NOT to get that fat middle again! I don't want to lose weight to look like a supermodel or anything like that, after all, I AM 59 yrs old. I just want to be healthy. I also want to be an encouragement to my husband. Although I cannot lose weight for him, I can lose weight and fix healthier meals and maybe by example, he will also get healthier. Actually, he is "healthier" than I am. He takes no meds at all. We are the same age. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, boarder line diabetes, and an anti-depressant (which I am going to ask my dr about coming off of), My hubby's only issue is the tire he carries around and gripping about his clothes not fitting anymore. lol
