55 soon, two kids, 17 and 12, girls, lots of drama! but good. The struggle to lose is always there. I know what takes it off and what puts it on. I end up on the "what the hell diet" most of the time as i am an emotional eater. Want the "CRUNCH" when I am angry, the sugar when I am tired, and on and on and on. I know all the tricks but it is the motivation that I need most. I do not know what will DO IT but I know what works and need to just get back on the wagon and do it. I know HOW GOOD I FEEL when I am thin. Here I go.......
