While sticking to an O type diet, I'm finding a more alkaline base is far better in other areas of my health. Currently cruising it in for a Figure Competition and still keeping fruits in where I'd normally pull them out.

As a Figure competitor, dieting for competition can be very strict. At the same time, looking for allowed alternatives can be interesting. Then when the off season comes around, this is the time to recover and regrow. In this time getting in extra calories while keeping it clean and healthy is important.
I'm an O type blood group, who is gluten and lactose sensitive/intolerant. I'm always looking for new twists on the normally bland gluten free alternatives.
Eat clean, train hard, enjoy the of treat.
