I kinda read few posts here and there on FatSecret, saw that most people courage weighing in once a week, I weigh in daily and sometimes when I see a steady weight I feel discouraged! so maybe it's a good idea to start weighing in every week while keeping track with diet.
We'll see how's my weight next

Again, steady weight. Still 82.1kg!
Today I'll start my 800-1000cal diet, because eating more than that is deffo not doing me any good.

I didn't lose or gain any weight today, it feels like whenever I eat more than 1200-1400 calories, I never lose anything or feel different, even though my RDI is 1700cals.
I feel I lose more when I eat less calories per day, like 800cals max! So, maybe I need to alter my diet so that it's satisfying and fulfilling yet has less calorie intake! I also feel like exercising today to help boost that metabolism up!

I'm not sure how, but yesterday it was saying 83.1, today it's 82.1! It's probably because I took my weigh in at night, and this one is the morning before eating or drinking anything. ♥ I'm going to continue weighing in the morning to actually see the true weight loss and the actual body weight.
Quite happy, I thought I'd be half a kilo down by the morning, but it turns out it's more!
PS: Started adding warm lemon water to my diet, drinking it daily in the mornings before any other meal, does wonders, kept me full, refreshed me up, and it really burns that belly fat
. ☺
