Don't know how since I haven't really been staying at the "weight loss" range but not complaining! I mean, my dinner last night was 5 different flavors of yummy Yogurtland yogurts but it was SO worth it! Toasted coconut, cinammon graham cracker, peanut butter, pistachio, red velvet cake! I'll stay in shape and lose weight eating that anytime!

Kids parties = cupcakes, frosting, cake, veggie dips, sour cream, cheese, etc etc etc...BUT luckily it's only a pound over the goal so I'll just get back on my program today!!

Didn't work out yesterday....At all..not even 20 minutes on the elliptical and felt like CRAP! Everyone says you need a day off but a day off for me is walking on the treadmill or at least a hike, something to refresh me. Not doin' that again! Feels great to get a good workout in!
