I put on a lot of weight but am on my way back to 119 pounds. I have lost 10 pounds down and hope to see 119 by the end of the month.

Weigh-in: 128.0 lb

lost so far: 19.8 lb

still to go: 8.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I reached my weight goal and I am so excited. I just posted a new picture of my newly transformed body.... It took me about 4 months to get the weight off and that was with exercise ( 5 days a week) and healthy eating. Now it's time to maintain all this hard work. I have gone from a Jr's size 11 down to a Jr's size 1. I don't look skinny because I lifted weighs the entire time to tone my body. I will be featured on a Billboard in our town for this doctor that specializes in women's health. WHAT and Honor. Hard work does pay off. GOOD luck everyone!
