I am a visual artist who is very passionate and dedicated to making the best work I can produce. I love to sell/share my work with the world as it spurns me on to create even more. The life of an artist is a great one albeit a bit sedentary at times. The last couple of years have been extra stressful and I quit smoking two years ago so my weight has crept up and I feel horrible and my blood pressure has skyrocketed. I have begun eating gluten freeish and cutting down portions. Also upticked my workouts and yoga.
