Today I weighed my self and and it is the second day by the way, and i lost 2 lbs. I assume its water weight since I was peeing alot last night and today. The 1, 700 calorie diet seems to working and am feeling bit tired but thats just my body of adjusting to the change.I have to recored my breakfast since i didnt get to do it first thing in the morning. I had to run to class. I am hoping from my self to attend a fitness class. This saterday there is yoga and I would love to go and attend to it. There is Pilates tommorrow as well it really is a good core workout. I should go back to that.

Dieting really sucks. I just woke up and boiled some water and squeezed 1/2 of a lemon to start it off. My brothers wedding is coming up July 31st and I really want to feel great in the dress am wearing, to be comfortable and enjoy the day. And not worry how I will look in a dress. I know am not the one getting married but truth be told when someone is uncomfortable you dont want to be infront of 200 people and thats if your one of the bridesmaids( which I am ). I really hope I can put dieting to an end I feel so naseatued and sick of dieting, I tryed every diet and I just haven't stuck to any of them. They have worked for me such as the atkins diet, and i had amazing results. But since am in school , i need somethiiing that isn't elimenating major food groups , such as carbohyrdates. I did feel good when i did elimenate them but reality check is in order to compensate for the starches I had to buy alot of veggies and veggies are expensive and exspecially if your a student.
