Hoo-Rah! My vacation pounds are gone plus a little bit extra. This is the lowest weight I've been all year. Heck lowest from 2020, too. I went to the gym today, also. It was good to get a work out and I feel amazing now. It wasn't that hard to be in the mask the whole time. On Wednesday I will get a work out plan from the trainer so he's going to put me through my paces. The mask might be more of a challenge then. Keep on kicking it everybody. Happy Monday. Now it's off to the Van Gogh show.

After two days of the potato portion of my diet plan I seem to have dropped some of the vacation chub. Today is my fasting day (600 calories) so I hope that come the morning ALL the rest of the excess will be gone.
I hope everyone is having a good Sunday. Remember that good health and weight loss start with one choice at a time, one bite at a time, one moment at a time. Build on those good choices and you will see results. (this is my new mantra).

Back from vacation and feeling pretty good about the scale. Sure it's up, but only around 3 lbs. Considering how many amazing vegan restaurants were right around our hotel in California, and how many meals we consumed at said restaurants, I feel like 3 lbs is still a win. I am home and back on plan. I got my food plan done, grocery shopping completed, and bought a gym membership, to boot. Today is the start of my new food plan-and latest experiment. While in CA a random Pisces woman told me she wanted to take my picture-said I looked amazing. So I gave her my camera and she snapped a shot. Have a great weekend every one.

I haven't weighed for a while. It seems that no matter what I did last week I could not get below 210. I am about to head out to CA for vacation tomorrow and just not feeling excited about it. My husband seems to have a sinus infection-though he went for a COVID test just to be safe. Also, his friend backed into his car over the weekend and messed up the front end. So we have to drop his car off at the body shop and deal with the rental car place before we can get on the road for our vacation. We are taking some of our own food but there will still be at least one meal out per day so I know I will be putting on some weight while we are away. I wish I was feeling more excited about finally getting to go somewhere after so long but I am stressed and anxious about this "relaxing" time. :-)
