Happy Sunday everyone. It's nice to week up and see my old friend 215 again, though I must admit that I am praying this is the last time we ever see each other. :-) I had a super busy day yesterday but still managed to put a sticker on all 6 of my items for the 60 day habit challenge. I ate 3 meals yesterday with no snacking. This is difficult for me as a busy massage therapist as I work all day with very little time between clients. Typically I just nibble on something as i change over the room. This has been a tough habit for me to break so I feel accomplished. After work I ran some errands for my sister and she got us Salad & Go so I had a big salad for dinner. I finished dinner at 5 pm and am just now eating breakfast so I got in my 15 hour fasting window. I also abstained from alcohol and chocolate yesterday and managed to get in 6k steps despite not having time to do my morning walk. I feel really good about my trajectory this morning.

Happy Friday everyone. I blew right past my 208 goal. This is fabulous. I am heading into day 4 of my "fasting menu plan" and it seems to be doing the trick with the weight loss. The 208 goal was important to me because that was where I was before I started the HRT (hormone replacement therapy). So I have officially lost the HRT weight and the COVID chub and am back in my "normal range." It also meant that I had lost 15% of my total weight since I started last October. I am buying a bidet for our toilet as my reward for completing my goal. Now I am officially into phase one of my "Reclaim My Power" program. Yesterday I managed to do Tai Chi in the park for over an hour and then go to the gym afterwards for another hour. I gave myself a high five in the mirror this morning after the weigh in. I've been sticking to my plan of eating and my workouts. I was so excited to see the number on the scale this morning. I hope everyone is having a good weigh in, too. Enjoy your weekend.
