Nutritional Information Question
Hi, everyone.
I am new to this site, and I have a question I'm hoping ya'll can help me with. I've looked everywhere for the answer, but I can't find it to save my life. The answer may very well be right under my nose. Please help.
For the meat items listed on fatsecret.com, is the nutritional information for the food COOKED or RAW? For example, the website states that 95% lean ground beef contains 38 calories per 1 ounce. Is this 1 ounce weighed AFTER the beef is cooked, or is it 1 ounce weighed raw (BEFORE the beef is cooked)?
