I am feeling much skinnier than last week, but I sorta lost focus over the weekend. I am going to have to start getting myself together with this. I didn't even add an entry at all. I also keep forgetting to weigh myself before I eat in the morning. It's ok, I'll just keep going at it.

Second day! I am trying to cut down on my food intake and I feel a bit better this morning (I didn't have very much trouble waking up). I'm am off for a ten minute morning walk and then later a run. The weather today isn't very good but still goinng to give it a go.

Today is the first day of my diet!
Went for a run at 6:30 after cleaning up the house and now I feel so much more energized. I had a bit of trouble getting out there, but it was ok I did it later rather than never. Feeling very good about myself now.
