Today I had a nice start. I was up at 5:30am I had my capp and off I worked out to turbo jam. Tell you one thing. It feels good... I am going to try making this a every morning habbit. But saturday I am so breaking diet and stuff. I got my cake testing for my wedding cake. So excited. 2 1/2 month and if I lose just 20 lb's before hand I will be happy with myself. My goal is next year have my bikini body back. I realize that after you have a baby it's difficult to get back into shape right away but I am going to try still. I don't like my size but I am going to embrace what I have because it's not going to last forever.

It's easy to injury youself even when your not working out. Yesterday, I was trying to put my future stepson in the car cause it was downing pouring pretty good and I stepped in a puddle. Somehow when I stepped in the puddle I twisted/sprain my ankle. I didn't feel it right away cause after i did it I sat down in the car. When I got up to walk to my home yea forget it. Now, I sit on my butt being mad at myself cause no I can't work out.

Why weight is like a yoyo. It's up when I am stress and down when I am bit on the calm side. I am working to get back on track and I got a few helper tools on my newly purchased Ipod touch. I got some apps that are a bit better then fatscerect. Actually it says that fatsecret is actually a tad bit high on the calories. Fatsecret adds 400 more calories on compared to the apps on the pod. It's a cool toy and I think I got a new addiction.
