I need to get back onto measuring all of my food out again. The stress at work has me eating emotionally lately. I am going to make it a requirement to be back on the weightloss trend by April.

I tried one week that I did not count calories to see how well/badly I would do. I had a 1.4# gain, but that could have been attributed to other things, so I am not that dissatisfied with my work. I am going to return to recording my food during the workweek, but I think I did well nonetheless.
