This is the correct amount of lb I weighed after 3 weeks, which means I've lost close to 13.22lb.
Plan: Watching my calories, walking 40 minutes a day+meal plan.

Two weeks ago I weighed 370.8 lb according to the hospital... I checked my weight at Publix Saturday... and it said 314 lb... I don't know how accurate Publix Scales are, so I'll be checking again once I find a good scale.
