So this is my first ever journal diet. To get started, I'm a 22-year-old skinny girl who tries to achieve an ideal weight and body proportions. The idea to get a diet started when my boyfriend attended this seminar called "Obsessive Corbuzier Diet (OCD)" which held by the famous mentalist-magician in Indonesia, Deddy Corbuzier (I know it's absurd to hear a magician promoting a diet program, but it's true).
His diet program is currently well-known in Indonesia since some of the methods he use are contrary to what most people ever known (i.e in the diet program, it's not allowed to have breakfast) yadda yadda yaddaa..
But, his bulking program (a weight-gaining program) got my interest; you shall only have an 8-hour eating time with 2000 calories consumed per-day (for women), and after the 8-hour time, you should fast for the next 16 hours then you are allowed to eat again. At the time you're fasting, it still allowed to drink but not allowed to consume any form of calories. But also don't forget to do heavy weight-lifting since it's essential to add the muscle mass.
That is it! I mean, it's pretty easy to follow right? So I'm starting to do this bulking diet right now and I'm hoping this website will help me control my diet, hence, I can achieve my goal :] Okay then, wish me luck!
