Starting to struggle with wanting to weigh in every morning. I know I will just get frustrated and say f it if I am not loosing. I think getting past 160, will get me past the bump in the road. Fingers crossed!
Dreading the soon to come swimsuit shopping!

Trying to set a schedule for myself, it sucks. I want to stay up till 4am and sleep till 3pm, but my family hates it and I am not getting my homework done. So today I got up earlier, gooing to try not to nap, study and hopefully 2 workouts! Fingers crossed, we are getting closer to that 4 week weigh in and measuring!
Late night add on-got 2 smaller workouts and homework in. Need to focus on actually allowing myself to eat. I either way OVER eat or way UNDER eat. I am not OCD at all. lol. Onward and hopefully downward!

about halfway to our first weigh-in/measure. Decided to weigh-in/measure every 4 weeks to avoid becoming obsessed. Still won't look at myself naked, but I figure I will get there.
Picking is getting better. Not picking at myself is the hardest.
Going to Florida in March and I would love to be down 30lbs. Probably dreaming, but it is a goal.
