Not interested in food at all
Hi!

Okay so my name is Sasha and for some reason I'm not even interested in eating any kind of food anymore, it started a few months ago when I randomly wouldn't eat all my food on my plate even though I always had a small dinner kind of thing. I'm a very active 17 year old and I love sports so I don't know what's happening, everyone says "the more you exercise, the more you'll be hungry". But, even after I've exercised I'm not hungry at all not even after 1-2 hours of not being at the gym or something and now this problem has progressed to me not eating at all ☹️ Also I've been having a very low self-esteem lately and all I want to do is cry in a dark room when no ones around and it feels like the whole world is against me sometimes and I just don't want to live anymore so please help me! 😭😭😭😭
