I took a week off from recording my food. I had been on a plateau for 2 weeks. I was working out, eating right, staying within my calories and still was not loosing weight. I stayed focused on eating well and took up the motto: eat healthy and get moving. I lost weight this week! I will start to record again because I know what will happen to me if I don't. I've been down that road before. I feel good today, like I might actually be able to do it this time.

Feeling a little off. It seems like I think about food all the time. I'm not always thinking about "bad" or unhealthy foods (although I do) but I seems to be consumed with thinking about what I can or will eat next. I wish this all can naturally to me. All the thinking has brought me to realize that I do need to increase my lean protein intake and greatly reduce my carbs.
