Hi, I'm Sam recently was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I want to lose weight, and get my life back on track.since diagnosed i have lost 20 lbs in a month and a half. I am up to 4 miles walking every day 2 miles after breakfast and 2 miles after dinner watching calorie intake and carb intake trying to eat at most 1800 calories a day. It has been going great little sore from walking sso much but as they say no pain no gain or as for me no pain no loss lol.
