Every day is Day One. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. How inspiring. I could puke.

Day One. It's a Monday. Yikes. Anyhoo - Diagnosed diabetic in January 2011 . . My Bad, though - I have done NOTHING to take care of it. Well, I've given up regular soda pops entirely - Good for me, right. Lost about 25 pounds this year just doing that. It's time to up my game. Shouldn't be to hard considering my game has been to eat what I want and watch a whole lotta T.V. Booooo. My goals for the first 5 weeks are to maintain my food journal here at FatSecret.com and to walk my dogs at least 5 times per week for at least 2 miles each day. VERY ACHIEVABLE. Wish me luck, me.
