Really happy, back in size 10 pants! Chest hasn't shrunk though, clothes are a challenge!

It's quite easy now, I don't focus so much on what I'm eating now that I'm in the groove. I know when I've had sufficient calories and I've mostly stopped snacking between meals. Looking at my carb/fat/protein balance I can see that it's the carbs that I'd max out with if I did snack... good insight and I'm going to ACTUALLY weigh in tomorrow if I remember

I don't actually own a set of scales, but I have noticed the weight loss in my 'silhouette', as have others.
I've discovered I can weigh in at the nurses station at work so that's where I'll be going YAY

Wondering if I'm getting the right balance of fat, protein and carbs. Don't know where to find it on MFS so will have to go elsewhere for the info. Great app though, loving the discipline.
