** Yesterday wasn't too bad, however we weren't given time to eat breakfast or lunch at work so I double doesed my breakfast and snack at lunch. Then I binged on my crackers because I was so hungry but that pretty much set me straight through dinner. After a long nap after work I ate a bowl and half of cereal and two cheese sticks. I guess it could have been worse but I biked at the gym for 30 minutes (11 miles) and lifted weights.
Overall, I am on the right track...
TODAY, well I wokeup this morning noticing a big difference in my stature. I have 24 hours duty which started at 0930 and these are my toughest times because I snack a lot! I already had my bowl of berries cereal and my fruit crisp snack, this should put me over until lunch time, which will be another snack bar....Day 5 of this Special K challenge and it's definitely worth it!!

So today was shaky, my motabolism is going through the roof and I am always hungry now.
For the most part I stuck to Special K today except this evening. I had a taco salad minus the tortilla! 2X plates. I feel uhhhg though... This is the last time I eat out of what is scheduled. I just felt that the stir fry I was supposed to eat would have had more calories, but I still had sushi this afternoon which off set my diet. Anyway, I will regroup tomorrow and will consider this my splurge day, my last one too!! I will just tack on one extra day of this diet to make up for today.

OK, so I need to get an accurate scale because the one at home is at least 5 pounds heavier than the ones at the gyms I attend. At any rate my starting weight is 135 and 10 pounds to go!
In addition, This is day 2 of my special K challenge and it's been a struggle, I'm moody and hungry. I skipped two snacks today and substituted a snack for my cereal in the a.m. so I ate a salad after my second work out at 8pm. I don't feel too bad as veggies are typically less in calories than fruit, well from what I've been told. I feel I am right where I should be with the challenge and had a stellar work out this eveing. This morning's wasn't too bad, however I am 110% content with my performance today!!!

I have fallen off the charts and haven't worked out. This is serious today. I have a buddy to help who has the same goals and who is a determined as I am to lose weight and then work on toning muscle. I am hoping to convince here of doing P90X and this might be the beginning of day 1/90!
I am totally motivated and will also be throwing in the Special K Challenge in addition to taking my supplements: GNC's Be Wholesome before this morning's workout and GNC's Be Hot before this evening's workout. I will also be taking meal replacements with GCN's lean shakes with some kind of yogurt or fruit as well as muscle recovery after each workout.
I looked at chart earlier and it seems as though I should be taking in more calories than I expect but I will start small and work my way up as I increase my workouts and as they intensify.
My goal is to loose 15 pounds by 16 November.
