My new goal this is year is to lose weight and sustain a healthy diet. By this time next year, 2017, I would like to lose 50 pounds. To add to my daily healthy diet, I will get off the couch and maintain an active lifestyle as well as exercise three times a week, and walk at least four times a week. I deserve this new lifestyle and am committed. Becoming healthy for my future grandchildren is very important to me and to my family.

I realize making changes and journalizing will help me lose weight. So here I go, making small changes on a daily basis should get me to goal.

As per Dr. Phil`s Book called `The 20/20 Diet`:
I, Sylvie King commit to follow the steps and timeline I have laid out in order to achieve my realistic weight loss goals. Just as in life, this diet is not going to be a success-only journey. Therefore, if I deviate along the way, I promise not to beat myself up or use it as an excuse to fail. Instead, I will get right back on track. I promise not make excuses or to sabotage myself or allow others to sabotage my efforts. I recognize that I am in control of my decisions. I believe in my ability to use 20/20 foresight to achieve my goals, and I believe I deserve better for myself.
