Have not been calorie counting for the last week since the saturday past. Pretty sure RDI was completely blown out of the water. Just did not feel or want to keep the tight counting going. However will restart this monday with counting and heavy exercise. Just got a bit lost thinking about the negatives of counting and felt it was not worth it. Have to say besides the lost of calorie counting also been eating processed foods instead of the raw stuff.

I think i might loosen the calorie counting a touch instead of such an aggressive line, because its just making me feel not happy.
I have to say the aim was never to be super stick thin. but to get a gauge of what i was eating and to recognise what was not so good for me, sugars & fats.

I will just consider this week past as a bit of a blank week. just a way to stop myself from going crazy, I will just move on, with a less aggressive RDI and try to encourage the lose via more exercise rather then dieting.

Overall i have to say in the time spend i think i have done well. Trying to stay positive.
