Day 5 at 1200 cal/day. Weds was a tough one. My office attended a daytime baseball game and the food choices were minimal because it was a day game. Went ahead and stayed around 5-600 cals with hotdog, popcorn, and water. Doing a lot of walking but not recording all of it. Additionally two heavy workout days this week including running, calisthenics and a lot of slam ball work, burning around 500 cals per workout. Traveling to Houston for son's soccer tournament so I will increase Memorial day weekend cals up from 1200 to 2000 but on Monday back to 1200. Will assess mood, weight, energy on Friday to determine diet adjustment.
