Hurt my knee and was sick for a few weeks. Exercise and eating habbits went by the wayside. Tried to avoid sweets as best I could. Did drink some soda and ate cookies. Started exercising a little bit more recently and keep trying to eat right. Somehow I managed to lose three pounds and I am thrilled about it! I plan to keep exercising, eating well, and losing pounds!

Broke the 200 mark!
Had a good week. Got back to 2000 cals a day. Plus, started exercising again after twisting my knee.

Hurt my knee so I got little to no exercise this week. Plan on losing the 3 pounds I gained this coming week :)

Went up a pound during the week and then back down. Annoyed that I didn't lose more because I thought I was staying much closer to 2000 calories a day. So, my goals this week are to watch my portions much closer, really pay attention to how many calories I am ACTUALLY eating, stay at or under 2000 calories a day, and work out at least 4 times per week.
