I think the first thing you have to do is truly examine yourself why do you want to lose the weight is it for yourself or is it for someone else if its for someone else it's not in your heart and you're not going to do it but if you truly want to lose it I suggest this is only my opinion I suggest that you pray that she asked if you have faith that you ask God to help you care for the vessel he has given you so that you can be better at what he wants for your life this is just my opinion that's what has worked for me I've prayed and it has been wonderful help just like you type in your sorrows take him to God in prayer thank you hope no offense to anyone

A year later
Also try the Lean 25 protein comes in great flavors blend with any frozen fruit. My fav. Is mango peach with vanilla protein powder. I'd you like berries get the mixed berry protein powder.
My first major weight list was two shakes a day and fruit and salad at night or lunch big salad with works and my second protein for dinner. Lost 13lbs. In two weeks also drank plenty of water no juice or soft drinks.
Was 320 pounds now now 220 goal is to be under two hundred by June 30 2015.

A year later
I eat everything I want but it mus fit on a small saucer and be one level drink plenty of water and eat if you can plenty of watermelon, cantaloupe and melons cut into cubs and freeze do the same with pink grapefruit.
