showing entries 1 to 5 of 5

Did pretty good for the week (about 2,000 cal. / day) BUT, I blew it yesterday completely (5,000 cal.). Not sure why scale is showing the loss - perhaps it will go back up . . . Got to get a handle on those binge days as it always just a moment where I slid and then say "oh - might as well eat everything!" Not good for me at all.

losing 0.4 lb a week

Will start tomorrow on 5/24/2012. Need to eventually get into Tracy Anderson's "boot camp" but will not be able to start that tomorrow as that requires more preparation - but, will read up on it and get prepared. In the meantime, I want to do the challenge of planning your food for 4 weeks and maintaining the 2000 calories per day. Lately, I have been overeating quite a bit and want to make myself plan and stick to a plan - which right now seems impossible!

To try physillium husk.
Also, let's go with more cardio (per Tracy Anderson). Go for 1/2 cardio / day.
Think about buying a juicer.
Need to make tea / not drink diet pepsi.

Plan for tomorrow (1st day)
B: Bar and Muscle Milk Light (350 cal.)
S: Oatmeal and egg whites (250 cal.)
L: Soup (Progresso Minestrone) and Salad (1 T olive oil) (350 cal.)
S: Bar (170 cal.)
D: Shrimp and veggies over brown rice (500 cal.)
S: Bar (170 cal.)
S: Nuts and fruit (200 cal.)
I can hold back part of a meal/snack if I do not want it at that time and eat it later. This is 2000 calories.
