I've been doing a terrible job of following a reasonable diet and working out. Today is a new day and I have 3 weeks until Hawaii. So, I am going to start the Slimfast 3-2-1 diet in order to keep myself on track. Its 3 100cal snacks, 2 200cal slimfast shakes and 1 500cal meal... I think I can manage that :) Going to head to target soon to get my snacks and shake stuff. Hopefully I can behave!
