Today I have done well. I am below my maximum calories but am sitting here thinking wow I can eat more today. What shall I have? popcorn, ice cream, etc. This would be a case of eating just for the sake of eating and by writing this down, I am pretty sure I have talked myself out of eating anything else. It's late - I think I'll just go to bed!
One bad thing today - I did not exercise.

Today I am beginning the 17 day diet (modified version). I am going to eat some carbs (black beans, etc.) but very little bread. This will be more like phase 2. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I have belly fat which I think is the unhealthy kind. I want to lose this belly fat which I hope to accomplish by eating better and exercising.
